Gilmore launches campaign with ambitious tax pledge

Eamon Gilmore has said that his party will guarantee no income tax increases for people earning under €100,000 for the lifetime of the next government.

Labour is also promising to change the universal social charge and plans for 18,000 voluntary redundancies in the public sector.
