Road safety experts disappointed at breathalysing delay

Road safety experts are expressing disappointment that automatic breath testing for drivers involved in fatal or serious-injury road crashes has been delayed.

New measures which would see such motorists automatically breath tested will not now come into force at the end of the month as originally planned.
