New breath-testing rules delayed until September - report

New measures which would see drivers involved in fatal road crashes or serious-injury crashes automatically breath-tested will not now come into force at the end of the month.

According to the Irish Independent, the new law has been delayed until September, when lower drink-driving limits come into place.
