A Limerick woman who is recovering after a suspected carbon monoxide leak which killed her sister has been discharged from hospital.

A Limerick woman who is recovering after a suspected carbon monoxide leak which killed her sister has been discharged from hospital.

Thirty-seven-year-old Patricia Reidy was staying at the Trident hotel in Kinsale, Co Cork with her sister Miriam when both women fell ill on January 9.

Efforts to revive Miriam failed.

Patricia's condition has now improved and she has been released from Cork University Hospital.
