The High Court is to rule today whether to extradite a Dublin man wanted in Hungary for causing the deaths of two children in a car accident in Budapest over 10 years ago.

Forty-six-year-old Ciaran Tobin with an address at Offington Drive in Sutton, was sentenced in his absence to 18 months jail for negligent driving causing the deaths of five-year-old Marton and two-year-old Petra Zotlai in April 2000.
