Hospitals report 442 people on trolleys

There are 442 people on trolleys at hospitals across the country this afternoon.

According to figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation, Tallaght hospital in Dublin has 41 people lying on trolleys - the highest number in the country.
