Kenny accuses Govt of delay over elections

The Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny is demanding that the schedule for the Finance Bill be brought forward and an early election called.

He made the remarks as the Dáil sits for the first time this year, when the Taoiseach Brian Cowen will face a grilling from Opposition leaders over his contacts with former Anglo Irish Bank boss Sean FitzPatrick.
