1,735 projects entered for Young Scientist competition

A record 1,735 projects have entered the BT Young Scientist and Technologist of the Year competition this year, with more than 500 chosen to compete for the coveted 2011 title.

Students from almost 350 schools nationwide have entered an array of innovative projects.
