Full Tilt Poker, which employs 700 people in Loughlinstown, Dublin is taking an action against its web operations manager Niall Humphreys of Sandyford Road, Dundrum.

It is claimed the manager - who is moving to rivals Paddy Power - emailed to a personal account sensitive company data in express breach of his contract.

Full Tilt’s lawyers say its market position could be seriously undermined if the information reaches its competitors.
