Man held after shots fired at Kerry house

A man has been arrested after shots were fired at a house in Co Kerry.

The incident happened on Sunday morning at an estate in Ardfert.

A number of shots were fired through the door of a house, but nobody was injured.

A 51-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident at 7.30am today in the town. He is being detained at Tralee garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State act.
