Teenage boy arrested in connection with pipe bomb discovery

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the discovery of two pipe bombs in Co Limerick earlier this week.

One device exploded in the hallway of a house in Rathkeale during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
