Woman charged with Christmas Day killing
A 32-year-old woman has appeared in court, charged with the murder of a 52-year-old woman in west Dublin on Christmas Day.
Greta Dudko, who is originally from Lithuania, has been remanded in custody to appear in court again on New Year's Eve.
Gardaí were called to a house in Station Court Road in Clonsilla on Christmas Night to deal with a seriously injured woman.
A doctor who was called pronounced her dead at the scene.
The woman has been named as 52-year-old Anna Butautiene, who is also originally from Lithuania, but who had been living in Ireland for some time.
Greta Dudko (aged 32) from Station Hall Court, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 has been charged with her murder.
She has been remanded in custody to appear in court again on December 31.
