Woman set to be charged in connection with Clonsilla death

A 32-year-old woman is due in court in Dublin charged in connection with the death of another woman in Dublin during the weekend.

Gardaí were called to an apartment at Station Court Hall in Clonsilla shortly before 9.30pm on Christmas night.

They found a seriously injured woman and immediately called a doctor, but the 52-year-old died at the scene.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested at the house and was taken to Blanchardstown garda station for questioning.

She is appearing at Dublin District Court at the Bridewell around now.
