Kenny accuses Taoiseach of rushing through crucial bailout vote

Opposition parties have reacted angrily to attempts by the Government to rush through major new legislation to restructure the banks.

The bill which has 77 sections in it, gives the Minister for Finance extensive powers to take any action he sees fit to implement the Government's banking policy.
