Threshold has said it is "gravely concerned" at the cut in the rent supplement budget announced by Finance Minister Brian Lenihan in ttoday's Budget.

The organisation said that the €60m cut in the rent supplement budget is "beyond the 10% cut that had been envisaged in this area of spending".
