Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan has announced a reduction of €8 per week on all schemes for people of working age other than those over 66, on invalidity pension and on the State Pension Transition.

Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan has announced a reduction of €8 per week on all schemes for people of working age other than those over 66, on invalidity pension and on the State Pension Transition.

Maternity and Adoptive Benefits to be cut by €8 per week also while a €6 per week cut is in store for the jobseekers allowance and supplementary allowance for those aged 22-24.
