Cowen urges country to see positives of Budget

Taoiseach Brian Cowen has told the Dáil that even though tough measures will be outlined in today's Budget some positives need to be taken from today too.

Mr Cowen said: "I reiterate that the budgetary targets that we set ourselves last year in a difficult situation have been adhered to as will be outlined by the Minister in his remarks today.
