Fine Gael TD Lucinda Creighton, who has said she will abstain in Budget votes tomorrow night rather than see it fail to be passed, insists others in the party share her view.

But Deputy Creighton said she is unsure if any of her colleagues would take a stance and also withold their vote from opposing the Budget.

Eleventh hour talks are continuing between the Government and Independents Jackie Healy Rae and Michael Lowry to get them to support financial resolutions tomorrow night.

Among the issues Deputy Lowry wants is legislation to allow a super-casino be developed in Tipperary.

While Deputy Healy-Rae also has constituency demands such as Kenmare hospital, but admits he won't get everything he wants.

"I can't get everything I want," he told Radio Kerry. "If I could it would be great but that's not on."
