In particular this morning, there are some cancellations and delays to services in Louth and Meath as well as the Balbriggan town service in north county Dublin.

Dublin Bus it is operating a full service, although there are a number of curtailments, while the Luas Red Line is operating a full service between Tallaght and the Point, although the Connolly stop is closed.

The Luas Green Line is running between St Stephens Green and Sandyford, with a bus service between Sandyford and Brides Glen.

Irish Rail is not reporting any problems so far this morning.
