Union leaders meeting EU/IMF delegation

Senior trade union leaders are meeting members of the EU/IMF delegation this morning.
They are detailing their opposition to the Government's four-year budget plan, which was announced on Wednesday and comes ahead of a major trade union protest tomorrow in Dublin.
Last week the TEEU called for a campaign of non-violent civil disobedience over the Budget cuts.
General Secretary Eamon Devoy said: "Nobody in the TEEU is promoting any form of violence or disruption or any industrial action in this case."
He said the union was calling for non-cooperation and the withholding of taxes where possible.
