TD Andrews calls on Cowen to stand down

Fianna Fáil TD Chris Andrews has called on An Taoiseach Brian Cowen to stand down as leader of Fianna Fáil.

Deputy Andrews said: "In light of the developments of the past week and today particularly, I have taken the difficult decision to call on Brian Cowen to stand down as leader.
