Family of Ballycotton murder victims struggling with loss

The families of John, Ella and Zoe Butler say they are struggling to come to terms with their enormous loss as their bodies were brought back to their Co Cork home today.

The families of John, Ella and Zoe Butler say they are struggling to come to terms with their enormous loss as their bodies were brought back to their Co Cork home today.

Zoe and Ella were found dead at their Ballycotton home on Tuesday.

The little girls had been suffocated.

Their father John was found dead in his car which he had crashed on the outskirts of Ballycotton.

Gardaí are not looking for anybody else in connection with the children's deaths.

Today, in a statement, their mother Úna Butler asked for prayers for their families and all those who are grieving.
