Man accused of threatening to kill woman

A jury has been sworn in at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for the trial of a man accused of threatening to kill a woman in the city.

A jury has been sworn in at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for the trial of a man accused of threatening to kill a woman in the city.

Martin Toland (aged 35), of Walkinstown Park, Walkinstown, has pleaded not guilty to threatening to kill Roisin Nolan at Bunting Road, Walkinstown on June 25, 2009.

The trial will commence before Judge Tony Hunt and a jury tomorrow.
