High Court approves settlement of O'Donoghue action

The High Court has approved a settlement of a libel action taken by Cork man Wayne O'Donoghue against TV3.

He sued the broadcaster over its coverage on the day of his sentencing in January 2005 for the manslaughter of 11-year-old Robert Holohan.
