PSNI: Belfast bomb could have caused 'mass murder'

The PSNI has said an attack on three of its officers in West Belfast last night could have ended in "mass murder".

Dissident republicans are being blamed after a pipe bomb was thrown by a cyclist as the officers investigated a robbery at a bookmakers.
