McBrearty apologises for use of 'inappropriate language'

The Labour candidate for the Donegal South West by-election has apologised for using expletives during an exchange with the Donegal County Manager.

Frank McBrearty Jnr told the Manager to "f*** off" after he felt he was not given sufficient time to air his views in the council chamber.
