The Moriarty Tribunal has been told that there was no evidence of a conspiracy to ensure the Esat Digifone consortium was awarded a mobile phone licence in 1995.

Professor Michael Anderson, who was a key consultant during the competition process, has told the inquiry today that it had got it wrong in finding fault with the process.
