O'Brien, Desmond lawyers challenge McDowell involvement in Moriarty Tribunal

Lawyers for two well-known businessmen will this morning mount a legal challenge to the decision to involve a former Tánaiste in the Moriarty Tribunal.

Senior counsel Michael McDowell was hired by the Tribunal to question a Danish mobile phone conusultant.
