The High Court has heard that the DPP intends to charge businessman Jim Kennedy with several criminal offences.

The High Court has heard that the DPP intends to charge businessman Jim Kennedy with several criminal offences.

Mr Kennedy was arrested following the opening day of CAB's legal action against his company Jackson Way earlier this week.
