Gardaí name two of the weekend's crash victims

Gardaí have named two of the victims of road crashes in Kerry and Cavan over the weekend.

Louise McKenna, aged 27, from Ballinclogher, Lixnaw died when the car she was a passenger in lost control at Irrebeg, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

In Co Cavan, 23-year-old Joseph Fulton of Galboile, Bailieboro, Co Cavan died when his car crashed at Tullylorcan, Beglieve, also on Sunday morning.

The weekend saw two others killed in separate crashes.

On Saturday, a 37-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle crashed on the outskirts of Limerick city whilst a woman was killed in a four-car collision in Newcastle West last night.
