A Lithuanian man has pleaded guilty to impeding the investigation into the murder of a mother of two in Wexford last year.

Ruslanas Mineikas (aged 26) of Goodtide Harbour and formerly of Davitt Road South, both in Wexford town, pleaded guilty to disposing of and attempting to destroy the body of 30-year-old Rebecca French on October 9, 2009, with intent to impede the investigation of another person, knowing or believing that person to be guilty of her murder.
