Michelle Morrison granted full hearing in planning dispute

The High Court has granted Van Morrison's wife Michelle a full hearing in a legal action over planning.

The former model has brought a challenge to a decision by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council over a neighbour's rebuild beside her Dalkey home in Co Dublin, which she says has affected her privacy.
