O'Rourke: Time to go to the polls

Fianna Fáil TD Mary O'Rourke has called for a general election to be held before Christmas.

Its the first time that a member of the Government party has called for change.

Speaking to Newstalk this morning Deputy O'Rourke however admtted that her view will not be popular in Fianna Fáil and said she has not yet spoken to her colleagues about an election.
