Special Olympics head considers run for Presidency

The head of Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia Mary Davis has said she would "seriously consider" running for President of Ireland.

Mary McAleese's term in office comes to an end next year and Mary Davis is just one of many names being mentioned in connection with the position.

Ms Davis said it would be a huge honour but thinks it is still early days yet.
