High Court releases troubled teenager

The High Court has released an 18-year-old girl with psychological problems after it was alleged a judge had refused to grant her bail, to protect her from herself.

The teenager is accused of breaching the peace and of assaulting a care worker in a HSE children's facility in the North East where she resided until last week.
