US company to create 50 jobs in Cork

Fifty new jobs are on the way to Cork, it was announced today.

US-based firm OtterBox is setting up a new headquarters in George's Quay in the city, to service the European, Middle East and African markets.

The company designs and produces device-specific protective covers for smartphones and handheld mobile phones.

Recruitment for the positions is already underway.
