Fitzpatrick due in court in bankruptcy proceedings

Bankruptcy proceedings against the former Anglo Irish Bank chairman Sean Fitzpatrick are due to continue in the High Court later this morning.

Mr Fitzpatrick appeared before the court last July when a court-appointed official in the case was replaced with a trustee in bankruptcy.
