Committee to quiz Andrews on child protection services

The Childrens Minister Barry Andrews will face questioning over child protection services later.

He is due before the Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children.

Barnardos and the ISPCC have questioned the HSE's ability to manage childcare services.

Yesterday One In Four said the HSE was unable to investigate abuse allegations because of a lack of social workers.
