Man due in court after Down cannabis seizure

A man is due in court in the North this morning charged in connection with a cannabis seizure in Co Down.

Detectives discovered cannabis plant worth more than €200,000 in Katesbridge last Friday.

The 47-year-old has been charged with the possessoon of a class B drugs with intent to supply and with cultivating cannabis.

He is due before Newry Magistrates Court this morning.
