Motorcyclist dies in Co Monaghan

A man has died in a road collision in Co Monaghan.

A 25-year-old man died after his motorcycle was involved in a collision with a van at approximately 1.50pm today.

There were no other injuries in the collision at Drumcaw, Newbliss, Co. Monaghan.

Gardaí are investigating the collision and the road has been re-opened following a technical examination.
