Dempsey to open new Dublin commuter line

The new Dunboyne to Dublin commuter rail service will be launched by the Minister for Transport Noel Dempsey later today.

The rail line promises a 27-minute commute between Dunboyne and Dublin city centre and it is hoped it will take a lot of traffic off the roads in County Meath.

Barry Kenny of Iarnrod Eireann said the new service will be hugely beneficial to commuters from across the county.
