PSNI find 'viable device' in Antrim

Police in the North have described a suspicious object found in Co Antrim as a “viable device”.

The discovery of the object under an oil tank led to a security alert in Carrickfergus yesterday evening.

Families who were moved from their homes on Drumhoy Drive were later allowed to return.
