The funeral takes place today of the teenager who died after suspected heart failure in a GAA match in the North.

The funeral takes place today of the teenager who died after suspected heart failure in a GAA match in the North.

Patrick Dinsmore, who would have been 17 yesterday, was playing for Warrenpoint Minors when he collapsed on Sunday.

He will be laid to rest after Requiem Mass at St. Peter's Church in Warrenpoint at midday.

His death has led to renewed calls for mandatory cardiac testing for young sports players.
