Forum: Internet has 'impacted' human rights

The role of the internet in exploring human rights will be discussed at a seminar in Dublin today.

NGO's, practitioners, academics and the media are gathering for the forum to discuss issues like rights promotion, enforcement and protection.

Dr Fiona de Londras of the organisers humanrights.ie has said the impact of the internet cannot be underestimated.
