Education Minister rules out introduction of third-level fees

Tánaiste and Education Minister Mary Coughlan has today ruled out the introduction of third level fees in the Budget.

It comes as around 55,000 students await the results of their Leaving Certificate exams, which are due out tomorrow morning.
