Minister meets Pakistani Ambassador to discuss flooding disaster
Pakistani Ambassador to Ireland Naghmana Hashmi and Minister for Overseas Development Peter Power met in Dublin today earlier to discuss the worsening flooding disaster.
The Pakistani Government has come in for some criticism for its slow response to the flooding, which has affected 20 million people and killed 1600.
The President came under fire in particular for continuing with a trip abroad earlier this month.
