Woman killed in car crash

A 51-year-old woman has been killed in a crash in Co Donegal today.

The two-vehicle collision between a Nissan Micra and a Honda Civic happened between Milford and Kilmacrennan at about twenty past two this morning.

The woman who died was the driver of one of the cars - she was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 50 year old man travelling with her was taken to Letterkenny General hospital and is said to be in a serious condition.

A man and woman who were in the other car are also in a serious condition in hospital.
