'No negotiations' with dissidents
Northern Ireland Secretary Owen Paterson ruled out talks with dissident republicans today amid fears of a heightening threat by terrorists opposed to the peace process.
With three bomb attacks in Derry as well as Bangor and Kilkeel, Co Down, in less than a week, the escalating campaign is causing increasing concern among security chiefs in Belfast and Dublin.
