Investigators release report into Kildare helicopter accident
The Air Accident Investigation unit has released its report on a fatal helicopter crash in Co. Kildare last year.
Just after 4pm on April 1, the Schwiezer aircraft left Weston Airport in Dublin on a training flight with an instructor and student on board.
