Dr Frank Dolphin has been named as the new chairman of the HSE succeeding Liam Downey who has completed the permitted two terms, it was announced today.

Dr Frank Dolphin has been named as the new chairman of the HSE succeeding Liam Downey who has completed the permitted two terms, it was announced today.

“I am very pleased to announce that Dr Frank Dolphin has agreed to take up the position as Chairman of the HSE with effect from 15 August 2010," Health Minister Mary Harney said.
